SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 1–3 days.

Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

I ship via USPS and occasionally UPS, regular ground, 3-5 business days. 

Packages are shipped from Carbondale, Illinois.

-Need your order ASAP? Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days) upgrade is available upon request. 

Please get in touch with me before placing your order, so I may adjust shipping rates within the listing.

- Clothing items are carefully packaged in clear cello bags and then placed in poly mailers for extra protection during transit.

​RETURNS 

While I don't accept returns or exchanges, I value your satisfaction with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me.

- In the event that your order arrives with damages that were not mentioned in the listing or discussed through messages, I will handle such cases on an individual basis.

WASHING 

Clothing items are gently hand-washed using mild, scent-free detergent. Vinegar may be used to remove any vintage odors if needed. Tough stains are treated with ivory soap, Oxyclean, or Shout. Afterward, the items are air-dried.

- More delicate items are steam-cleaned using a handheld steaming device.

- Sweaters or fabrics that have pilling will be carefully shaved. If any pilling remains, it will be clearly stated and shown in the listing description.

- In general, I strive to send clothing that has been washed and is ready to be worn!

ALLERGENS 

I have two furry friends, Bo and Happie, who share my home. If you have a dog dander allergy, please let me know, and I will make arrangements to re-wash and prepare your package in a pet-free location.
 

I take great care when handling clothing items to prevent them from being exposed to outside contaminants such as perfumes and dog dander. However, there may be rare instances where some "golden glitters" might go unnoticed despite my efforts and the use of a lint roller. Rest assured, my home is smoke-free and free from pests.

SOURCING 

My items are sourced directly from Estate Sales in the Midwest, primarily in Southern Illinois, St. Louis, MO, and Kentucky.
